Monitouring

A race through the markets.

Monitouring turns live Hyperliquid perpetual market performance into a 3D doodle stock-car race. About Monitouring and the ranking method.

Rank = (current mark price ÷ reference price − 1) × 100. The 24h view uses the exchange’s previous-day reference. Shorter periods use historical one-minute candle opens, then locally observed marks as history accumulates. References are rounded to the minute; they are approximate, and historical candles are trade prices rather than historical marks. All uses every eligible perp. Crypto uses native Hyperliquid perps. HIP-3 uses builder-deployed contracts, including any crypto contracts on those DEXs.

The selected period sets the rolling window. History loads progressively and unavailable contracts are excluded from that period until a reference is available. Cars keep driving together; their order follows market performance. Speed and gaps are visual effects, not returns. Market ranks update immediately. Cars change lanes to pass, wait if the route is occupied, and return once clear.

Every contract in the category races along the straight. Search or select a row to follow a car among its neighbours. Drag the track horizontally to explore the rest of the grid, then use Follow leader or Follow car to return. You can also focus the track and use Left/Right, Home/End and Escape. The scenery completes a lap every 1 minute 58 seconds of running animation; the market ranking continues across laps. Labels focus on the cars near the camera. A delayed feed keeps its last values with their age; it is never labelled live. Pause freezes the animation while prices continue updating.

Advertising boards rise from the ground and face the viewer. Grandstands and spectators line the straight. One sponsor appears across all trackside boards. Click a board or Sponsor the race to contact us on Telegram. Reduced-motion mode starts with a fixed wide camera and no driving animation.

Spectators this month shows the race’s monthly visitor count from Vercel Web Analytics, refreshed every 2 minutes. The month starts in UTC. It is an audience estimate, not the number watching now.
